Use AI Room Styler with confidence

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Room Styler, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

AI Room Styler provides AI-powered tools for virtual staging and interior redesign visualization.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access links private.

4. User Conduct

• Do not upload explicit, violent, or offensive imagery.
• Only upload interior photographs you own or have rights to use.
• Do not use generated content for illegal or misleading purposes.
• Do not upload content that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.

5. Intellectual Property and License

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. AI Room Styler retains all rights to its software and AI models.

You grant us a limited license to process your uploads only to provide and improve the service, enforce these Terms, and maintain platform security.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in commercial, listing, design, or client-facing contexts.

7. Image Retention

We retain user-uploaded images and generated outputs for 30 days from the date of upload or generation. After that, we permanently delete them. You may request early deletion at any time, and we will process it promptly, with backup purges completed within 30 days.

8. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Purchases are sold as credits, not subscriptions. Credits are consumed when generation is started. Due to AI processing costs, completed or consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store full card numbers or CVV data in our app.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Room Styler is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated visualizations, business or listing decisions, lost profits, lost data, or missed opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
