  • Uploaded images and generated outputs.
  • Billing/transaction metadata (purchase IDs, payment status, credit activity).
  • Messages you submit through support or feedback forms.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service.
  • Process image generations and return outputs.
  • Manage credits, purchases, and account access.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, and security issues.
  • Improve reliability and user experience.
  • Respond to support requests and service communications.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV data in our application.

5. Image Handling and Retention

Uploaded images and generated outputs are used to provide the Service. By default, we retain these files for 30 days, then remove them from active systems. Backup copies are purged within an additional 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers needed to operate the Service. We use third-party AI processing services to generate image outputs from your uploads.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, including access controls and secure infrastructure practices. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting support. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests and generally respond within 30 days.

9. Account and Transaction Records

Some records (for example, transaction/accounting and fraud-prevention records) may be retained longer where needed for legal, tax, security, or compliance purposes.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates may be communicated by email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
